Yodai Sakuma

CEO

Graduated from the Faculty of Commerce, Keio University. While still a student, he led new business launches as head of new business at a web advertising agency, then served as Sales Director at a subsidiary of a major developer running DX and media businesses. In 2022 he went independent with a DX support business, supporting a wide range of companies from large enterprises to SMEs, and then founded Kiei with the theme of implementing AI across industries.

Ryoka Sakurai

Director

Graduated from the University of Tokyo. While a student, he led a new business at an advertising agency as its head, growing it to annual sales of 500 million yen, then went independent with a marketing support business and worked on numerous projects for major Japanese companies. After serving as head of marketing for new businesses at a company listed on the TSE Growth Market, he co-founded Kiei with CEO Sakuma. He leads business strategy and alliances, drawing on strong business development skills.

Sosuke Miyamori

COO

After graduating from Keio University, he joined a consulting firm, where as a member of the IT strategy team he worked on a wide range of projects from upstream to downstream, including business process reform, PMO support, AI strategy development, and AI adoption. At Kiei, he launched the strategy team and supports AI strategy development, organization building, and talent development.

Shotaro Shimada

Head of Development

Graduated from the Faculty of Science and Technology, Keio University. He began building his own software independently in high school. At university, he worked on multiple machine learning projects while leading product development at a tech startup. He then joined Kiei in its founding phase, leading multiple development and R&D projects using generative AI and machine learning, as well as building and managing the engineering organization.
